Palms on Cotton's mission is to cultivate a family-styled assisted living facility that transcends all others with world-class service and compassion at an affordable price.  Our goal is to create an atmosphere of companionship and support to make the next stage of life the most enjoyable!  Palms on Cotton is proud to be a Veterans Affairs approved Community Resident Care (CRC) facility. 




Palms on Cotton is situated in the historic and charming Arlington-West End community in Birmingham, AL.  Our facilities are located less than one mile from Princeton Baptist Medical Center and less than two miles from UAB Hospital and the Birmingham VA Medical Center.  We are also centrally located to a variety of restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and other medical care.  Below is a list of nearby iconic attractions:
